We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7-12 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Proactive Baby, we work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to nature of shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For Pre-ordered or Back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, We will ship any item we have available immediately and ship the item that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So If you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Track your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page if you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located here. Please allow a 1-3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@proactivebaby.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Return:
By placing an order on Proactive Baby, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Proactive Baby. Please refer our Return policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/stolen Package:
Proactive Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen package if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?


If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-5 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Kindly note most of the orders are delivered within 10-15 Working days. Please note, that due to the current pandemic situation and extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates... Our team is working hard to get delivery of your product ASAP.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
